Baseless Milestones are a varient of Sluggish Milestones. It unlocks with SFU51 requiring 34 Challenge completions.
To achieve each Baseless Milestone, you need to reach a specified benchmark Ordinal in Challenge 4.
Like Sluggish Milestones, completing a Baseless Milestone will award you with 1 extra permanent Booster (can be boosted by Omega Challenge completions).

For some reason after Omega Challenge update, you are allowed to obtain Baseless Milestone while in Challenge 7 due to a bug; In late game, Dynamic Factor will no longer decreasing fast enough to cancel out the increase speed, and Booster Upgrade u14 does give effect while in Challenge 7, resulting you may get more ordinal then c4 (through the debuff in c7 from other challenges still apply, notably Autoclickers amount and Factor multiplier)
